Once approved, you will receive dashboard access to update your listing, respond to reviews, and view visitor insights.
If your retail store, shopping mall, or supermarket is already listed on WhereRetail, you can request management access. Once verified, you will be able to update all information directly from your dashboard.
If your business is not yet listed, submitting a claim request will also create a new listing for you. Our team will review your submission and get back to you within two to three business days.
